Kedarnath is a revered Hindu town situated in the Rudraprayag District of Uttarakhand, India. It is one of the four sacred Char Dham pilgrimage sites located in the Himalayas. Perched at an impressive altitude of 3,584 meters above sea level, Kedarnath lies near the source of the Mandakini River.

The town is best known for the Kedarnath Temple, which is nestled amidst the majestic, snow-capped Garhwal Himalayan ranges. This ancient temple draws thousands of pilgrims and tourists annually, who come to seek blessings and marvel at the breathtaking natural beauty surrounding this spiritual haven.

INCLUSIONS :

Accommodation:
- Camping tent or hotel stay at Phata/Sonprayag (2-3 sharing).
- Total of 3 nights: 2 nights at Phata/Sonprayag and 1 night in Kedarnath Ji.
- Basic hotel properties at Sonprayag/Phata and near the temple premises. (For star hotel accommodations, additional payment is required.)
Food:
- All meals from snacks at Phata/Sonprayag to breakfast on the last day at Phata.
- Three meals a day, including teas, snacks, coffee, and soups.
- Vegetarian meals during the trek.
Trekking and Safety Equipment:
- Trekking gear including tents, sleeping bags, ice axes, and ropes.
- Safety equipment such as first aid kits, oxygen cylinders, and medical supplies.
- First aid medical kit.
Permits and Fees:
- Trekking permits and forest camping charges.
- All necessary permits for treks requiring official permission.
Guides and Support Staff:
- Qualified and experienced trek guides and support staff.
- Experienced team including guides, trek leaders, cooks, etc.
Transportation:
- Shared transportation from Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Dehradun in a cab or tempo.
Miscellaneous:
- 5% GST is included.

EXCLUSIONS :

Insurance and Medical Expenses:
- No insurance or medical expenses are covered.
Personal Expenses:
- Any personal expenses, including costs for porters or ponies, are not included.
Natural Calamities or Unforeseen Circumstances:
- Any additional costs incurred due to natural calamities or forced circumstances beyond control are not included.

Day 1: Early Morning Pickup from Haridwar and Drive to Sonprayag/Phata (230 km - 8-10 Hours Drive)

On the first day, we’ll pick you up early from Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Dehradun. Departure time and location will be shared on the WhatsApp group six days prior. We will drive to Phata or Sonprayag, a journey of 8 to 10 hours. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with snacks, and accommodation will be in cottage tents or guest houses. Enjoy dinner between 8 and 9 pm, followed by a bonfire. Please note that no meals are included during the transport. After breakfast in Rishikesh, we’ll head to Sonprayag, with a packed lunch or a stop for lunch en route. We aim to reach by evening for snacks and overnight stay in a guest house.

Day 2: Drive from Phata/Sonprayag to Gaurikund & Trek to Kedarnath Ji (5 km Drive & 16 km Trek)

We’ll start early at 5 a.m. from Sonprayag to Gaurikund, where you can enjoy the hot water springs before the trek. The 16 km trek to Kedarnath Temple is steep and moderate in difficulty, requiring good fitness. The trek offers stunning views of snow-clad mountains, glaciers, and waterfalls. We expect to reach Kedarnath Valley by 3 p.m., where you can have lunch and rest. In the evening, attend the sacred "Aarti" at the temple. Overnight accommodation will be in a hotel or tents near the temple. Meals included are dinner and breakfast.

Day 3: Descend Back & Drive to Our Camps or Hotels at Phata/Sonprayag (5 km Drive)

On the third day, morning prayers will start at 5 a.m., and you can witness the golden rays of the rising sun illuminating the temple. After attending the morning prayers and offering your devotion to Lord Shiva, we will begin our descent back to Sonprayag. We expect to arrive by 2-3 p.m., provided the group descends on time. Meals included during the return trip are snacks, dinner, early morning tea, and breakfast.

Day 4: Drive Back to Rishikesh (230 km Drive - 8-10 Hours)

The fourth day will involve waking up around 8-9 a.m. for a final breakfast with us. We will then drive back to Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Dehradun, covering a distance of 230 kilometers, which will take approximately 8 to 10 hours. Upon reaching Haridwar or Rishikesh, we will bid farewell, concluding this spiritually enriching journey to Kedarnath. Expect to arrive by 6-8 p.m. This trek is designed to bring immense peace, calm, and happiness, as if blessed by Lord Shiva himself.

Day 5: Local Exploration in Rishikesh - Rafting & Stay

On the final day, you will have the opportunity to explore Rishikesh locally. Activities include rafting and other local attractions. Meals, including dinner, lunch, breakfast, and a welcome drink, will be provided throughout the day.

Minimum age of the rider for this tour should be 19 years.
Minimum Trekker required to start a tour is 10.
The tour can be cancelled if, the riders are less than 10 in number, per group.
If, any Trekker wants to leave the tour in between then he has to pay the transportation cost from the leaving point till Dehradun.
Trekker must have proper gears for the tour or they will not be allowed to join the group.
